If you've seen "Live Free, Drink THC" on someone's hat or printed on the side of a bottle and you Googled it to figure out what's going on — welcome. Here's the explanation.

It's a slogan. It's also our actual operating principle. Three layers, in plain English.

Layer one: the literal one

Hemp-derived Delta-9 THC drinks are federally legal in the United States. The 2018 Farm Bill removed hemp-derived cannabinoids from the Controlled Substances Act, provided the finished product contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. That's the math that makes a 10mg LoDo shot or a 5mg cooler can possible. Tiny percentage of the total weight of the bottle or can, but enough THC to feel something noticeable.

So in the most literal sense: "Live Free, Drink THC" means we live in a country where, for the first time in roughly 80 years, you can legally drink THC without going to a dispensary, without a medical card, and without breaking a single federal law.
